feeling low after swine flu

I'm just recovering from sf and for thae last day or 2 have just felt like crying for no reason at all.Anyone else felt like this ?

Yes, I know how you feel, I have been poorly with the flu for just over 3 weeks and im now left feeling low, tearfull, irritable with the family, exhausted, generally run down. Apparentely its common as the flu takes it all out of you, but rest, vitamins and good company should make us feel more ourselves again soon, hope you feel better soon and atleast you know are not alone in how you feel.
