Have woken this morning with back in a muscular spasm - v painful. Have to go to local chemist this morning. From past experience they are less than helpful when trying to select best medicine. Is there any good painkiller on the shelves that will help me get through the day? Doubt I will get doctors appointment until tomorrow. TIA
