Lump in my neck

So, do you think that it is serious or just an enlarged gland?

I know you can't really diagnose me over the tinternet but do let me know your experiences/knowledge

I will bother the doc on Monday if it hasn't disappeared

are you a bit ill or recovering from something? Glands pop up for all sorts of reasons, could be caused by a spot on your scalp or something equally as insignificant.

Go see your GP if it hasn't gone down in 2 weeks or if it gets bigger.

Thanks for the advice, I will wait the two weeks, I hate sitting in the waiting room at the surgery so any excuse not to

my gland is up on my neck , went to docs who said feels ok , and sometimes glands come up to fight infection , and sometimes they just dont go down after infection , said thinks thats what mine is as doesnt feel like other kind would feel ..yikes ..., and not to worry ..
he said that scary glands get very big ...and fast ..and feel different to normal ones ..
also i had blocked ears so could be part of that ..

Have you had a cold at all ? run down a bit ?
