last week my little boy had a bad chest infection ,and it made all his mouth very sore and all his gums and mouth had lumps on then i did not know at the time and i shared my spoon etc whith him ..... now ive got it eally bad ive got very bad swollen glands ,and all my gums are red and got white spots on im in agong got ant bx will they help my sore gums as i only started them yesterday ,when should they start to work im in agony here any advice
