Just noticed that my four year old has white specks all over his bottom lip which look like mouth ulcers. On closer inspection he has lots and lots of them sort of all mingled together under his top lip and some inside his cheek. I thought maybe i should ring the doc tonight before they close. What does evryone think? what could cause this?
