I have a stinking cold..my sinuses are throbbing ..any tips for relief ..wine not helping

Sorry no tips just want to give you my sympathy. Im just getting over a terrible cold which led to sinusitis and its really uncomfortable! Hopefully you will have some relief soon - stick with the wine as well, medicinal purposes and all that!
