There are thousands of patients in the UK who need your help, like 15 month old Max from Lavenham. He was diagnosed with Wiskott Aldrich Syndrome in May and now urgently needs a bone marrow transplant to survive.
How to help:
Do you live in East Anglia? If you are aged 18-40 and in good health, you could help. Please come along to a special donor registration session to be tested (saliva sample) and join the bone marrow register at:
Unit 28, Arc Shopping Centre
2 Gosnold Street, Bury St Edmunds
IP33 3FB
Saturday the 12th December from 10am to 4pm
Even if you can't come, there are other ways you can help.
Join the Anthony Nolan Register if you're between 18 and 40 and in good health.
Join the British Bone Marrow Registry if you're between 18 and 49 and a blood donor - if you're not a blood donor, please consider becoming one!
Thanks for reading, even if you can't be a donor, please pass this information on to anyone you know. Max isn't alone in needing help, please spread the word and help make a difference.
Thank you.
