I ovulated 2 days ago (3 days earlier than normal and last period was 3 days late, very odd).

Just been to the loo and there is blood on wiping. Definitely coming from there. Have been feeling crampy for a few days since before I ovulated.

I am in a bit of a panic about it right now and am imagining terrible reasons for it.

Cycle usually normal. No problems.

Hi

I had mid-cycle bleeding on and off for about 4 years and in the end I had investigations and I had polyps on the womb. Actually I had forgotten but I am getting my results near Christmas. Try not to worry.

Your nocturnal activity may have something to do with it!

I agree, get checked at the doctors for your own peace of mind.

Your DH sounds lovely, lucky you.

I have cervical erosion following DD1's awful birth and also have mid-cycle bleeding. Sometimes it lasts for a few days and is almost like a mimi period and other times it starts and is barely noticeable but continues until my period starts properly. I saw my doctor and was referred but only because I also had exceptionally heavy periods and so wanted to rule out fibroids, etc. All was fine and this has become the normal pattern for me. I kept a diary for a number of months and found it very helpful to track my cycle.
Try not to worry too much. Loads of people bleed mid-cycle I have since discovered but it is worth a visit to the GP just to put your mind at rest.

Oh he's a super. I'm very lucky to have him. That's it, I'm never having sex again. We were celebrating the fact that dd has started at the grand old age of 2 and a half sleeping nearly the whole night in her own bed. That's learn me.

I will go to the GP for peace of mind. I really want it to be the nocturnal activity though.

Or that'll learn me. I'm giddy with the extra sleep.

It's very reassuring to hear that others have experienced the same thing. I would have found that out myself if search wasn't buggered.

I am grateful to you all for taking the time to talk to a neurotic.
