shazbean · 24/11/2009 11:17

If we are offered it she will get it. so Yes

centrifugalFork · 24/11/2009 11:20

Probably yes.

ZZZenAgain · 24/11/2009 11:21

I have not been able to make up my mind but a the dd of a friend of mine is struggling so hard to breathe now with swine flu. It's dreadful so I have decided to get dd vaccinated tomorrow. I am still not really happy about it, but had to make some kind of a decision.

Bucharest · 24/11/2009 11:22

No. Not me, not her.

pinkhousesarebest · 24/11/2009 11:25

Yes. Not happy particularly, but I cannot take the risk with my d.s.

EldonAve · 24/11/2009 11:27

no

tinalouiseuk · 24/11/2009 11:32

no
-I require more safety assurance before deciding otherwise

MadameMoo · 24/11/2009 11:32

DD and I both had the vaccination this morning. I'm still not sure it was the right thing to do...

WouldYouCouldYouWithaGoat · 24/11/2009 11:33

no

pofacedandproud · 24/11/2009 11:36

I don't think ds, 5, will be eligble. I an undecided about dd 18 months, very worrying. Coming around to the idea of me having it first as asthmatic, but even my reaction won't really tell me much about how she will react, being so small.

mumtoem · 24/11/2009 11:39

Yes, DD 19 months had it (and seasonal flu) last Saturday. She had slight temp yesterday, but has otherwise been fine.

sweetbean · 24/11/2009 11:40

I live in wales and they have now said that they will be trying to vaccinate all children over the age of 6 months I have 2DD'S one of school age.............but im way to scare to vaccinate!!

what I am finding worst about this swine flu is the uncertainty, just not knowing what is the right thing to do.

Yes, we have all had it.

galadriel77 · 24/11/2009 12:09

Not sure to be honest so still undecided. I have a 4yr old and a 2.5 yr old so both eligable.

I had myself vaccinated as I'm PG. If I wasn't PG then I wouldn't have worried about it. None of my children have any health issues so their situation is different so I'm not sure I need to worry about them.

Just not sure!

JackBauer · 24/11/2009 12:24

No. DD's are 2 and 3 and I can make appts for them now but am not going to.

Nicotinic · 24/11/2009 12:28

My son has already been vaccinated last week.

He's asthmatic, so swine flu could be horrendous for him. Much worse than a jab anyhow!

sherby · 24/11/2009 12:28

Yes.

I had mine today and am 21 weeks pregnant.

IMO the very real risks from complications of swine flu have bigger odds than the maybe risk of the vaccination.

CheeryCherry · 24/11/2009 12:28

No, have turned down the offer, main concern being that the virus can (prob will) mutate fairly soon, which will leave vaccine useless. Also concerned about future side effects...not been tested long enough for me. Just hoping I havent made wrong decision.

sowhatis · 24/11/2009 12:28

no.

nowwearefour · 24/11/2009 12:30

what cheerycherry said- no but with some reservations about deciding no

SolosScrapingUpForXmas · 24/11/2009 12:34

No, same as CheeryCherry and nowwearefour.

daftpunk · 24/11/2009 12:37

No.....worried about side effects.

shinyshoes · 24/11/2009 12:42

No, as a rule my DD is pretty healthy and has no underlying health problems. So if she did get Swine Flu, chances are she'd come out of it pretty unscathed as apposed to having the jab and the side affects being alot worse.
