hypothyroidism and blood tests

Hello all, I can find some threads on hypothyroidism but I think there was one recently about further blood tests if the TSH and T4 come back normal. I wonder if anyone has a link? I seem to have symptoms of hypothyroidism since dd2's birth 3 years ago but blood tests taken 2 years ago appeared normal. I am going to ask to be tested again but wanted a bit of info if they come back normal again. Thanks

you may be told your results are "normal" but you need to find out the range used and your exact results

in the US they recommend a much lower range now for TSH
