I know, am almost crying it's so bad. The relfux flares up periodically, hence the Losec, but the burning pain and wind have jsut come on gradully over the past 2 days. Milke of magnesia is all I ahve in the house.
Might try a glass of milk

Should be OK, milk of magnesium is fairly inert.

However, if your reflux is troubling you that much I'd get a referal to a GI specialist if you haven't already.

Thank you. It really only flares up occasionally, and I've been told its casued by my Fibromyalgia, but then everyhting I ahve they blame on that.

could you not take another Losec/Omperazole tablet? My dh takes them twice a day for his reflux.

you could try vanilla icecream if you have any - I used that during pg for acid reflux and it worked pretty well. Don't know about the mixing of drugs though, sorry.
