If you have had the swine flu jab and then take tamiflu several days afterwards would this impair the effectiveness of the vaccine? GP told dd and myself to take tamiflu as in his view high fever after vaccine was caused by swine flu rather than vaccine but cannot tell us whether it impairs effectiveness of vaccine.

Hiya dikkerjedap: no the Tamiflu only affects replicating virus. The vaccine is inactivated so no interaction at all.
