Hi ladies. Im suffering here. I had piles in my last pegnancy and they were really really painful. They bled a tiny bit on and off but were just painful really and then they cleared up on their own.

This time, im nearly 35 weeks pregnant and have them again. They are not as painful as last time but they are bleeding and feel/look bigger I have checked them (tmi!) and can see where the blood is coming from but it seems to be quite a lot and im panicking It just feels sore really and every time i check, they are bleeding. I thought they were better this morning after using anusol 3 times but then i think i caught them while in the shower earlier and now they are bleeding quite a lot again

I guess im just looking for someone to say they have had it the same or worse than this and all was ok in the end!! I know it sounds silly but im a worrier and am losing sleep over this I think im worying because they were much more painful last time but never bled like this. Tell me it is ok! please

Thanks for reading!

they are obviously external if you can see them ......are they like a bunch of grapes or have you got an anal fissure.
Are they bleeding after pooing or all the time.
How much blood is it?
Are you constipated?

Are you on lactulose to keep your stools soft?

Thanks for the replies..Aly they are external, i suppose there isn't that much blood really its just ive never had it like this before so seems quite a lot to me iykwim. Its just on tissue each time i check. I don't really have constipation at the moment although i have done a couple of times this pregnancy. I have spent a lot of time on my feet lately and prob doing too much which could have caused it i think..it just feels sore now. Is there anything i can use to sort it? I have used anusol but not sure now its bleeding if its ok to use?

You really need to see your gp or talk to your midwife about it. It's very common, mine bleed when i was pregnant, gone now but did take time to go away.

anusol is fine if they are bleeding. If they are really sore ask your Gp if you can have some lignocaine gel. It worked wonders for the pain for me and just make sure you dont get too constipated.Bleeding always looks more than it really is,if it was constantly dripping i would be worried but if it is just afetr a motion...then its very common. Check with gp tho,if you are worried
