Just a moan as well as wondering if anyone can recommend anything to give me a lift.
I just seem to be really exhausted all the time at the moment. I'm already taking supplements (trying to conceive ones) as well as eating fairly healthily (I am avoiding chocolate/sweet stuff as they say it crashes energy levels etc and I eat a good mix of fruit & veg for example). I'm off caffeine because of the ttc thing.
I don't have late nights, I have been struggling to get up in the mornings so not particularly early mornings either. Work is quiet and relatively stress free at the moment.
I had a mc a few weeks ago (was 9 weeks) but the bleeding has just about stopped (slight spotting still) and a pregnancy test the other day was negative so pregnancy hormones have gone.
Why am I so tired? What can I do to try to feel better?
