I have an appt with gp next week but in the meantime; chronic tension leading to headaches almost daily (tension is largely neck/throat), spotting of light brown blood pretty much daily for at least 2 months, increased appetite, bit trembly sometimes, irritable in the extreme, voice sometimes croaky in the mornings (I notice this particularly after taking syndol for the headaches, it's a muscle relaxant and painkiller). This has been going on for 2-3 months.

Thanks for reading, I'm a bit embarrassed about such navel-gazing.

This is just too self-indulgent isn't it?

I'll go off and donate to charity or something, take my mind off myself...

with PCOS you can get increased blood pressure which may account for the headaches
