i've been feeling a bit like my motivation and sparkle has gone over the last couple of years plus i have a very low libido. i think i need some vitamins and stuff but don't really know where to start. can anyone recomend anything to help get my spark back? i don't know if i need zinc, iron, evening primrose oil, b vitamins or all the above! please help me. i'm 35, have 1 ds who is 2 and i think my boyfriend has almost given up on me ever wanting sex again!

i started taking floresse (can buy in boots) after someone on ehre recommended it for improving skin.
has also helped improve libido
zinc though is supposed to help libido too

that said, tbh if yo have a decent diet you shouldn't need supplements, so it may be worth looking at that>

i've def found that getting more exercise has helped too, and also instead of thiniking bleh, won't bother only the kids see me, i have been making a bit more of an effort to wear nicer clothes and stuf fbecause then i feel nicer and that def helps

Pharmaton are very good, you should only need them for a month or two and then go onto a multivit for women. I think Seven Seas have some new ones out.

i think i might start off with this and possibly some zinc too. hopefully the seven seas one will help my excema on my hands too which would be a bonus. its been horrendous for the last few months, before that i hadn't had it since i was a kid.
i have just started a p/t job after 10 months of redundancy hell and thisisyesterday i also try to wear nice stuff when i can, hopefully this will all be the beginning of a new me. i'd like to start ttc no2 in about 6 months so it would be really nice to be back to my old self by then. thanks for the advice. if anyone else has any more advice too, it'd be greatly appreciated.
