Red looking bellybutton!

Hi,over the last few days ive noticed my ds of 14months has got a really red bellybutton.He's got a bit of an outy and im worried its going to get sore,can you get infections in bellybuttons?I

I suppose you could get an infection anywhere. Have you tried calendula cream?

It's really great. I got some for ds for diaper rash but we use it on all types of skin irritation. Weleda is the brand I buy and I'm pretty sure it's available in the UK.

yes, mine have had this. As soon as I notice it, I take special care to keep it v clean and dry, and it's always gone away again.
