Piles??? FAR TMI

So, I had piles after DD1. Uncomfortable, even a little painful, but controlled with suppositories and eventually went away.

Thought I'd avoided it with DD2 but last couple of days lots of (red) congealed blood when I poo. It doesn't feel like last time - no discomfort at all and no lumpy bits round the back passage.

So - question is do I go to GP or not? Can you get piles 'inside'? Or could it be something else I should be worried about?

Thanks to anyone who read this. Hope I didn't spoil your dinner/evening

Congealed blood doesn't dound quite right.

I'd go to the GP.

Thanks

Piles can be internal or hanging down . They could bleed internally and you'd not feel it. Don't worry- unless they are really bothering you. You could try a product OTC- for piles- and if you see your GP then surgery will be the other option if they are bad.
