Anyone had it? If so could you tell me for what, how it felt and if it did you any good.

TIA

Not personally but SIL used to have it done a couple of times a year. Unpleasant I think would be how she described it, but she used to look amazing a few days afterwards - really clear skin and bright eyes. Could never bring myself to try it!

No - never had the time or gots but gotta do SOMETHING so I've just started taking Colosan and hoping for great things.

Yes, I had it for general fatigue, very irregular bowel movements and as a boost to a new healthy eating plan.

The process wasn't as uncomfortable as I thought it would be, very discreet and not at all embarrassing, although I did pull a bit of a whitey towards the end at the thought of letting the water go (it was fine!)

I felt incredibly well for about 3 days afterwards and my skin and eyes were glowing. Going to the loo was more regular and easy for ages. I had 3 treatments over 3 months.

What I wasn't prepared for was that it stirred up a lot of emotions and I let go of things I had been holding on to in more ways than one!

I'd recommend it to anyone. Research your therapist though, see if you can get a recommendation. For me it was quite an intense experience and I was glad that I had done some research and hadn't just booked it at a local salon.

The therapist has an excellent record. Looking at if for IBS featuring chronic diarrhoea which has led to anxiety issues!

I'd try anything TBH. I've had a zigmoidoscopy before and an enema so am assuming it will be quite alike.

Thanks for your help though.
