Ive been taking one of these with each meal I eat as apparently Im not producing enough of my own. However my stomach feels quite hot once I eaten and I am soon starving again (quite unheard of for me) also am utterly exhausted. Has anyone had them before and what can I expect?

Does it have a drug name? Does it have anything to do with your pancreas?

I take them too but they seem to have no effect on me whatsoever! I've questioned the surgeon who prescribed them after removing most of my rotting pancreas but got very unsatisfactory answer: they help you to absorb essential fats which may sound unnecessary to you but believe me you need them.
He refused to be drawn any further on the matter. A different dr. said I could stop taking them (I already had!)if I felt I didn't need them!!! He explained how I'd know but that's for a strong stomach!
