Hi have just been diagnose with an H Pylori caused stomach ulcer and am on the triple antibiotics/medicine regime which seems to be working as the pain has at last gone.
Does anyone else have any experience of this and any tips to keep the ulcers away in the future? I eat pretty healthily anyway but any suggestions gratefully received - this has been grim!
