People of the world, join hands, join our TOTALly fabulous healthy eating thread.

We are a group of MNetters who wish we lost a pound for every post we have made on this thread since our benevolent leader started her SHINEY threads many, many months ago now.

I am Syc, and I was once deputy although life has slightly got in the way in the last month or so. But, inspired by our recent TOTAL yoghurt bonanza, I'm back and on the wagon.

Join us, we are a friendly bunch but like to waste as many calories as possible through moving our digits very swiftly over the keyboards and posting like women possessed

All denominations here, so whatever way you want to lose weight, maintain or just focus on healthier eating, you will fit right in.

Oh, if we are having a mini-appeal on our own little boring thread, I have:

A Hot Stone Massage Set (never opened, comes with book, and, er, stones I suppose

A Boots Spa Gift Box with a dressing gown in and some toiletries.

Probably some other stuff, but I'll have to have a look...

NormaSknockers · 06/11/2009 20:00

Is it wrong that I want the George slippers even thought neither DD or DS will fit in them yet?

bellavita · 06/11/2009 20:01

I loved St Clares and Malory Towers... >

bellavita · 06/11/2009 20:02

Shiney, have massaged you on fb dahlink

Iggi999 · 06/11/2009 20:03

I wanted to be Daryl (? could that have been her name?) Bella

TheMitsubishiWarrioress · 06/11/2009 20:03

Both of yours sound Ace BoF, But I can't give them to myself think of anyone I could give them to.

bellavita · 06/11/2009 20:06

Is it Daryl Rivers?

jetforkesandbonfires · 06/11/2009 20:07

shiney - i dont think the slippers would fit - she is a size 7 going into an 8, so maybe a little small.

She hasnt got anything at all related to Thomas, as previously she has been into FiFI and Peppa, but she now cant get enough of Thomas SO, anything you could spare would be fab

I am trying to think what i have got - i have dontated some stuff to the xmas appeal, but have got a little left.

Junior has the super badgemaker, box is a bit battered (so not really pressie material) but item itself is good working order.

Oh, and a Frank McCourt hard back - Angelas Ashes and Tis

NormaSknockers · 06/11/2009 20:08
jetforkesandbonfires · 06/11/2009 20:09

that should be hard back box set

jetforkesandbonfires · 06/11/2009 20:10

Norma - St Clares are a series of books by Enid Blyton - about twins who go off to boarding school.

bellavita · 06/11/2009 20:11

St Clares is about a set of twins at boarding school who had various friends. I always thought Bobby was a cool name for a girl (one of the friends)

jetforkesandbonfires · 06/11/2009 20:12

one of junior's swimming mates mums is called Gwendoline - the only other one i have known

jetforkesandbonfires · 06/11/2009 20:15

BoF - at the risk of sounding pathetically greedy i know a good home the gift box with dressing gown could go to

Iggi999 · 06/11/2009 20:17

Not sure Bella, you've a good memory! Thankfully I have now moved on - I want to be Hermione at Hogwarts instead

NormaSknockers · 06/11/2009 20:18

Ah!

bellavita · 06/11/2009 20:18
Grin
jetforkesandbonfires · 06/11/2009 20:18

nearly forgot - i have a bright pink winter coat, aged 2-3 but is huge Way too big for mini, so has never been worn.
