My youngest DD is 3 weeks old. After my older children, my midwife got a minipill prescription from the GP for me, which I started taking 3 weeks after the birth, but it looks like they don't do that these days.

If I ask for a repeat prescription (was on the minipill until January) will the dr be able to write one without me going in? If she is likely to want to examine me, I'd rather just wait until after the 6-week check.
