Shiney shiney, shiney boots of leather- crack the whip with the healthy eating thread...

...Come and be a Venus In Fake Furs (with a nod to any vegetarians, who may enjoy the odd Quorn fillet...)on our healthy eating thread, and watch yourself vanish before your very eyes, if that is your aim!

We are supporting each other to lose weight, or just eat well and get fit- but we do like a bit of a laugh along the way, so if you are interested in joining Shiney and the other regulars here and be in the gang, just drop in and post as much as you can- the thread moves fast!

All welcome- the only quiches round here are the contraband in my fridge

I confess I was considering posting something along the lines of 'my pussy is on a drip' but thought better of it ...

BiteOfFun · 30/10/2009 21:16

hehehe

My gratuitous smut detector has returned- half a glass of wine often does the trick

Feeling bit more human now bof?

That cheese cake whilst nice being eaten was not a good choice for tea.

I have about 1 1/2 to 2 stones to loose depending on how much i have put on in the last few days.

Ds is wanting the computer but on a note to yesterday. I turned off the computer last night and realised in my idiot state that important to the discussion was the fact that i had turned him down at the weekend. Tis this why i am so messed lusting up at the mo?

BiteOfFun · 30/10/2009 21:35

Oh, I'm sure it is...sex with an ex is never a good move IMO.

My eyes hurt

DEM - I so hope things with ds and ex get better. Is there anyone else on the scene who could, er, help scratch the itch?

Syc - how wonderful to have you back. Am that I didn't get to fall at your feet whilst you were on

Bella - loving the sound of those earrings

LL - so sorry about MIL, I hope you and the family are OK

Jet - I couldn't read the deleted post, but hope you are OK. Your poor brother

Jac - lovely to see you back, but sorry to hear that things are so hard. Sounds like DP is being a pillar of strength.

BoF - another glass of wine deserved, I reckon.

FB - size 10, did you say?

BiteOfFun · 30/10/2009 21:47

Snuggle up on the couch then Shiney- works for me, spot of Cash In The Attic on cable...

I've missed you

DEMlostandtired · 30/10/2009 21:54

I think that was actually the point dib. is it going to have to be random wanton sex to get sex with ex off the brain

just cos i am lazy here

ds is better though doesnt like the fact it is not full on one-to-one attention here. so will have to go do hot drinks in mo. Situation with ex is cool -except the lusting cant even say i enjoyed dirty dreams last night as i was at work in my sleep oh well.

Right odd ds has just brought a skate board and airoplanes into my bedroom so he can get the planes to fly very odd. bedtime me hopes...

DreamsInBinary · 30/10/2009 22:04

Well, if you are not opposed to random wanton sex, then it can certainly have its uses.

Be careful, though.

DreamsInBinary · 30/10/2009 22:06

Hi SSS

We haven't met but I recognise your name and I have a niggling feeling we have something in common. No a bloody clue what, of course

DEMlostandtired · 30/10/2009 22:08

I think that is probably more the issue i like the dveil i know better then the unknown Tis definetly not helped by the drawing in of full moon and halloween...

BiteOfFun · 30/10/2009 22:11

OP posts:
DEMlostandtired · 30/10/2009 22:15

Sal not ignoring you trying to figure out if you joined thread whilst i was being crap, you were here first and had a blip, or just generally why i feel i should be recognising you but no idea why this is case mad reall especially on friday night

feel free to spill this diet thread believes on dealing with the issues of weight - ie mostly everything else in life thrown in with a little diet every now and then

DEMlostandtired · 30/10/2009 22:46

Has everyone gone to bed? hadnt realised it was so late already.

Have a good weekend.

jaquelinehyde · 30/10/2009 22:53

Hi I'm Jac and I want to lose a massive 8 stone. It was 10 stone but I have lost 2 already, although I am suspecting that may reduce a little bit after the kind of week I'm having and the fact that AF has come to visit.

I am so very, very tired so won't be sticking around tonight. I have no idea why I'm feeling so washed out

Thank you so much for all the replies to my pg question. I feel you have all just echoed my own concerns. So I shall leave the implant in (due out Sept 2010) and remove it as and when I feel I am at a healthy weight. I'm definately using wanting to get pg as a motive to lose weight. I'm 31 so still have some time yet before I need to worry.

I did have 1 piece of very good news today, I have won the election at Uni for Student rep (For all second years, not the whole Uni) I'm really chuffed about it, I didn't think I stood a chance Hurrah.

Will read thread properly before I post next time, and do a proper catch up.

Of to ease my aching head. Night all.

BecauseImWorthIt · 30/10/2009 22:55

That's good news, jaq!

DEMlostandtired · 30/10/2009 22:58

well done jaq!

BiteOfFun · 30/10/2009 23:04

Is everyone away to bed?

BiteOfFun · 30/10/2009 23:25

I'm still here- have acquired advd of dubious origin of the new Ricky Gervaise film, so I may defect soon though...

OP posts:
SqueezyCheesyPumpkin · 30/10/2009 23:34

I was going to watch Kill Bill 2 but can't be arsed. Am in one of those weird bored moods, can't be bothered watching telly or reading, too early to sleep.

Hope you're feeling better after the mad week you've had
