Is there anyone out there who has had a baby with pre-existing heart block? I have a type of heart block called second degree type 1 (sometimes called Mobitz 1, or Wenckebach). I don't have a pacemaker. My husband and I would like to start a family, but I don't know anyone who has been pregnant with this condition.
I have a cardiologist, but he hasn't ever treated someone with this condition who because pregnant, only women with pacemakers. So if anyone with this condition has had a baby it would be really helpful to know their experiences.
