Any ideas on a good home exercise bike?

Want to buy an exercise bike as no chance of getting out to take any exercise - anyone got one/used a good one. Crucially needs to be quiet so I can watch the TV at the same time!
Any advice gratefully receieved - such as where to get one!

Try asking on freecycle first and then buy one if you are still using it in 3 months time?
