DS1 put himself to bed at 6pm complaining he was too cold to stay up. He has a temp of 38.5 and was asleep in minutes.

Are you otherwise well? Apparently flu has sudden onset, so it won't "brew". You're well one minute and ill the next, which is what happened to DS unfortunately.

I'm always like this when it even vaguely gets cool outside. I'm sitting here in my coat miserable because my bones ache with it. The heating is on. Everyone else is fine.

How's your circulation? are your feet often cold? are your nails often purple or grey? Mine are. I'm a zombie.

I'm asking to have my thyroid checked at the moment in case that's what's causing it.
