ive decided to do strict exercise on myself as need toning over as ive lost 4 stone as it just fell off me (but its abit worrying as dont know where is gonna stop losing as poss due to lack of appetite), but i deffo need toning up all over and on my tummy i look like 4 months pg atm, what exercise can i take now or do i need to take it easy still cos i had a emergency c-section?

After 9 months you should be fine. I think they recommend that you can start exercising again after 12 weeks.

Are you bf? I found that it was only when ds cut down on feeds that the weight stopped 'falling off'

no im not BF.

also around the bottom of my belly, if i lie down it showing abit of loose skin... so if i so sit ups will the skin improve too
