ive decided to do strict exercise on myself as need toning over as ive lost 4 stone as it just fell off me (but its abit worrying as dont know where is gonna stop losing as poss due to lack of appetite), but i deffo need toning up all over and on my tummy i look like 4 months pg atm, what exercise can i take now or do i need to take it easy still cos i had a emergency c-section?
