going back to work after swine flu

Have just returned to work after suffering from swine flu (confirmed by NPS) provided a
certificate to cover this absence, my employer (LEA) then tells me I've got to complete a 'back to work' form, which basically asks for the same information provided on the certificate. Today I have been told that I have to attend an interview to explain my illness!!!! Has anyone heard of anything like this before? (all replies gratefully received...thanks)

Don't worry about it, it seems to be common practice these days. DH has to interview staff members even if they've only been off for 1 day! The last poor girl he had to interview was off with a UTI and he got all the details! She, of course, didn't need to give all the detaisl she did
