DS is spotty!

DS came out in a rash on his leg yesterday (after playing in the sand pit at a park all day)
Last night it had spread to his belly and arm.
This morning it was on other arm too.
Phoned Dr but there were no appoitments until Monday but they fitted him in as an emergency.

His diagnosis - non specific rash!
I've got anti allergy medicine and have to take him back if the spots change or if he becomes unwell.
Since giving him the first lot of medicine, the rash has spread to his other leg too!

Has he had a temperature at all? Perhaps it's a viral rash as opposed to an allergy.

No temperature, he does have a very swollen gland on his neck and also 2 pea sized lumps on his groin. He seems well in himself, just spotty! The spots are more under the skin IYKWIM
