teething, runny nose, barking cough

are the above considered symtoms? or has ds got a mix of things going on, constipated too - but got prunes for that!

DS had a cough - think it's the excess saliva making them cough. Also had a runny nose and bright red cheeks, often just the side the tooth was coming through. Then oodles of teeth came through!
