Its really annoying me. Only been going a couple of days. Think its through tiredness and perhaps cos my weight has dropped a bit too low (after looking after rather poorly child for a few days).
Trying to keep my blood sugar up which seems to help I had a really good snack at 11:30 cos I wasn't going to be able to have lunch til 1:30 but even though I've just eaten I'm feeling a bit faint again.
Any thoughts on how to feel better? - I don't have time for this! (got to go out now, back later - hopefully without fainting!)
