Hi - name changed for this....don't know why, just embarrassed! I have had 'hot sensations' (no, not those kind of hot - as in sitting on a heater hot!) on the skin in between my leg and vulva - basically to the side of my vag. It feels hot, really hot - no pain but definitely unnerving and I'm concerned. 3rd day now and also sore boobs for no reason...not pg. Could it be perimenopause or something more sinister?
