7 month old with discharge - is this right?

My dd is 7 months and when I changed her nappy this afternoon there was a pale greenish colour discharge in it, has anyone else experienced this before?
She did have an extremely runny nappy later this evening, so don't know if that had something to do with it??

I was intending to take her to the baby clinic to be weighed anyway today, so will check with h.v. then. She seems fine in herself otherwise, other than having quite a few "loose" nappies recently.

Just to update, took dd to clinic yesterday and h.v. said if it only happens occasionally then there's nothing to worry about, but if she's getting it in every nappy then take her to the doctor - huge sigh of relief.
