I'v always had very thin and fine hair. My hair grows very slowly aswell.
My hairdresser made an awful mistake with my hair yesterday. Its far too short and cut all wrong! I really can't do anything with it! It wouldn't be so bad if i knew it wouldn't take about two years to grow 3 inch's.

Does antone know of anything i could take or eat the help the growth?

Many thanks

Hi,
I can sympathise, although my experience is not the same as I have alopecia, ie bald patches in my otherwise thick hair. I keep getting told about somthing called Viviscal, which is (I think) a supplement, for thin/fine hair rtaher than what I've got, also there is Regaine, go to Boots and ask the pharmacist, these are not with the ordinary shampoos but with the medicines etc. I think they are probably both quite expensive though. Good luck!
