Over the past few days I have had loads on my chin and one cheek (of my face i might add ).

They look awful, spose this is payback !!! I hardely got any as a teenager.

Are you stressed (lol - aren't we all!) I reckon spots are an emotional thing.

Hmm i'm always slightly stressed but no more thna usual i don't think.

Have been trying to drink more water but am struggling with that cos i don't like it.

Have tried going without make-up where possible too, but again it doesn't seem to be making a difference.

Nutcracker, I find half orange juice and half water is easier to drink than straight water. Not fantastically tasty but goes down more easily.
Perhaps you've had a little bit of a cold and the white blood cells are doing whatever they do. Think that can cause spots.
