Feeling so ill, need sympathy please..

I think i have man flu (a cold), felt rough for a couple days but feel worse today (soar throat, high temp, blocked nose etc..)

I have no pain killers in the house apart from calpol and i can't be bothered to go and get any (shops are shut anyway).

Just feeling very sorry for myself .

Take calpol if you have nothing esle - the bottle tells you the adult dose

Have a bath and go to bed if you can

The adult dose is 4 x 5 ml spoonfuls x 5

Sympathy from me.

I feel crap too.

I used to take calpol for period pain when I couldn't swallow tablets.
