Are my ears connected to the back of my head?

Biology question really.

I've a sore ear, and a sore cheekbone (sinus probably) My tongue on that side is a bit sore too, but the really weird thing is that the back of my head is sore. Really tender to touch. Right at the back on the side.

Weird or normal? Why would that be?

Hmm. Perhaps no one knows what I'm talking about. Quite possible.

Maybe sinuses are connected to the back of your head. Who knows.
