Please help me quick, how do I know I've got mumps?

Got to go to work in 20min. One side of my face (in front of my ear and if I can say cheeckbone) in swollen. If I bend forward it aches. There is mumps going round in our school for about 2 - 3 weeks now.

I'm 30weeks pregnant. Is it ok?
