Collapsing due to drug use

My 15 year old daughter collapsed last night. Her eyes were open but she wouldn't respond to anything. A few seconds later, she moved and got up. She told me she was completely consious, she heard everything I said, she was just unable to move a muscle or speak.

She has now admitted that she has been taking anthetamine drugs for months and hasn't eaten anything at all for 3 days.

Apart from the obvious drug use concern, what caused her to collapse in the way that she did? I'm scared stiff, hoping someone can help.

no idea but contact a drugs helpline and get her to your GP if she will go.

Please ring talk to frank (already linked).

Poor you, and your poor DD. Glad she trusts you enough to tell you.
