I had mine taken this morning, and wondered what the 'range', so to speak, was??? I'm new to all this, and just want to know, generally, what people get! (I know there is no 'right' number to get, and it depends on you etc, etc).

mine is about 400 but thats bad - would prefer about 5-600 for my age and height ect. If you google it you will find a chart.

im lucky if mine is 380... but that is not good either....
some days tricky to be 300

on the best day ever it may be 420 but i cant ever repeat that level!

Have tried a few times on dhs peak flow thingy and get around 410-420. Not asthmatic but have had inhalers prescribed a couple of times with nasty viruses.

usually around 400-450 know I'm in trouble when I go under 300
