Please, quick - tooth pain relief when pregnant

I think my dentist has done a botch job of a filling and I'm in agony as I write this. I've popped some clove around the tooth but not working. What pain relief medication can I take, I'm 25 weeks pregnant.

doesn't your dentist have an out of hours emergency number that you can call, if its nhs they should do. phone your surgery and there should be a number where you can call and leave a message and the on call dentist should return your call
