We're really stuck on this one.

Problems are this:

  1. Don't want hormones - they make me depressed.
  1. Don't want IUD - they make my periods really painful.
  1. Don't want anything as permanent as sterilisation
  1. Would like something other than just condoms

Is natural family planning our only option? Can anyone help me think this through?

giggle did the pill make you depressed?
I have tried the pill twice and both times it turned me into a needy, sobbing, useless mess. Was so awful I really don't want to risk going back there with any hormone treatments, but that doesn't leave much does it?

See I want one more, but not for at least a year. Then I want no more ever, ever, ever again At the moment we are getting the condom out of the cupboard, failing to use it and hoping for the best, which isn't really recommended is it?
We were so good before I started trying for dd, but that was so long ago now..

wonderstuff, yes I was a complete wreck on the pill. only stuck it for a month so I don't know if I am actually qualified to say, but it was exactly like pnd all over again.
