Are the potential side-effects the same as for the first shot? I was warned by my HV not to plan anything major for a month after the jab, as the period 2-4 weeks after it was the most likely time for a reaction. Is it the same for the booster? Not that ds had a reaction before, but I need to get the booster done between our holiday in a couple of week's time and him starting school in September.

My dd had hers done yesterday, and the nurse told me that as dd hadn't had a reaction before, she wasn't likely to have one this time.
