So on Sunday I was trotting across the road and felt a sudden horrible ripping pain in one calf. It proceeded to hurt and keep me limping for the whole day, and still wasn't right the next day but I had sort of forgotten about it in the evening. Tonight I went to morris practice, did one dance and it started feeling distinctly unpleasant again.
What the fark have I done to it and how can I make it mend again by Saturday (big dance festival)?
