I have relapsed with mild (and hoping it doesn't get worse) Chronic Fatigue symptoms after a physically and mentally stressful week.I have had this 2 years ago and it seemed to pass after about 6 months. Various symptoms such as not sleeping well without meds, pins and needles in arms hands and feet and tired feeling in legs and joints. I would like to know if this ever passes or do you just keep relapsing forever and if any meds/therapy helped?

You need to look at either 'Action for ME' or AYME websites.

My daughter has ME (CFS is a bit different). The AYME sight will give you the info is laymans terms - they are brilliant. Don't know how old you are but they specialise up to age 25 (read info anyway).

I wish you good luck, take good care and give in to your tiredness.

HI, Try this website www.wicfs-me.org/leakygut.htm and also might I suggest you Google Probiotics and CFS. We have had great success with RA and probiotics and food elimination and I have seen these other health problems on the same websites. Homeopathy very helpful. You have to have good Probiotics so take advice from a professional.

Thank you for that info both. I am 40 and suddenly got really spotty just before this happened and had sore joints especially in one hand so the leaky gut piece is v.interesting. What is RA Annie? (sorry to be dim)
