DH pulled his thigh a few weeks ago. He wasn't doing much, just racing DS in the park.
He was in so much pain he nearly passed out (ex rugby player) and a few days later, the area was bruised. Huge bruise, about 6 inches across. Took a couple of weeks before he was pain free.
I think he should still see a sports injury person, even though he says he's fine now. We've just come back from holiday, so he hasn't had chance before.
He keeps doing this kind of thing with groin muscles and I think he's done his other thigh before.
Any experience of similar here?
