What have I done to myself? I went to sit down 3 days ago, and something in my lower back or pelvis made a horrible cracking sound. I was then unable to stand up for ages. I was here on my own with 2 dc's, dh was in a meeting at work so I couldn't get someone to help me. Thankfully, my dc's are 6 and 7 now and are quite sensible. Dd even went to get my TENS machine!
I had SPD quite badly when I was pregnant, but that was over 6 years ago. This feels very similar, like everything has gone very unstable and sore. I haven't made an appointment to see my GP yet, I'm hoping that this will settle down by itself so I don't get made to feel like I'm wasting their time.
