went to docs last week , sorry for delay in posting ...said i had PND and gave me spray to put up nose , and looked in mouth said IHO everything looks normal and doesnt think i have mouth or throat C .

but since then been the same and i am worried , as this morning had slight blood tinge in tissue when coughted up morning flem ?

i did have bleed ing gums a bit before i went to bed , maybe some still sat in throat till morning ...

im basially coughing up cloudy flem a bit through the day to clear my throat which is now becoming sore because of it i think ? worrying like hell incase i have throat C ...so this not helping ..
in morning sometimes it is greeny/yellow a bit not always ? could this be bacterial thing ?

nostral blocked to in morning ..

i am waiting for doc to call me as phoned up in panic this morning ...

any advice ? worried ...

still waiting for doc to call back , googling in mean time and now v anx and worried i have all the symptoms of throat C ...i think ....i have crackling in ear , soar throat , cloudy flem and this morning had some with little blood ...blocked nose in morning ...

please anyone calm me down ..

im only 37 ...
smoked socially in early 20s but not alot ..dont drink much ..

i hope it is something els ...

doc just called me back , sill happy that its all nasal drip thing and not at all worried that may be throat C given all my symptoms and age, and has said will take longer that 5 days for spray to work , so that has made me feel alot happyier ...

also told me not to google again ...

so i will try and relax a bit now and stay away from computer ..

As someone who has gone to my doctor about throat cancer - there is nothing you have written that nakes me think you have anything to worry about AT ALL! does sound very PND'y though!

Thank you fizzy...feeling a bit calmer now , i do suffer bad with health anxiety and when i get a feeling like this, it all gets out of control ..and terrified .
