x-ray whilst breastfeeding

does anyone know whether it is harmful? need to go for a head x-ray but am breastfeeding (3 week old)

I had to have an IVP (several kidney x-rays at intervals over a couple of hours) when my bf dd was 3 weeks old. It didn't cause any problems and it was never suggested that it could be dangerous for a bf mum to be x-rayed. I had to bf dd in between x-rays at one point.

It's fine .
